joy blog
The things that I enjoy are playing baseball. I’ve been playing baseball for 11 years straight and for what reason… I don’t know. There’s just something about that sport that gets me hooked. Everyone says it’s boring but is you love it as much as I do it’s just like any other sport. For example: my brother was playing in his first baseball game of the season and I couldint watch because not playing the game of baseball while someone else is, I feel dead inside. Another joy for me is the sound of the crowd’s at baseball games or concerts. For some reason I get chills and it gets me pumped up for the event I’m at. Like at the Metallica concert when the lights shot on and I could see everyone that was really cool to me. Or like when someone on the tigers hits a home run and seeing that crowd was really cool. Another thing is the sound of music. The sound of music to me is a wave of energy, excitement and darkness. I love to listen to metal or any other type of metal. I’ve probably listen to thousands of hours of music in a month and playing those songs. I go over every little detail in the songs I listen to, every word [if I can understand them] every beat, melody, guitar solo, guitar chords and I do that because I work hard to be a really good guitarist and start a band. Metallica is one example and probably the only example of music I play. The speed, lighting fast guitar solos, the riffs and James Hatfield’s voice. His voice is the one that I would want is I could sing because to me he has the best singing voice. One thing that may sound crazy to you is I like war and war sounds. Ever since I was little, I’ve been playing army with my friends and even though it’s the “I SHOT YOU FIRST/ NO I SHOT YOU FIRST” game it’s still fun and the sound of gun shots, planes shooting down other planes, big explosions, tanks rumbaing and people yelling get’s me hooked for some odd reason?
